APPOINTMENTS

We are by appointment only.  Please book online. A $100 non-refundable retainer is required to hold your appointment. This retainer is not transferrable to another client, and it can only be transferred to a rescheduled appointment one time, if rescheduled more than 48 hours in advance. 

CONSULTATIONS

If you book an appointment, there is no need to book a separate consultation as each appointment begins with a consultation.

MEDICAL HISTORY FORM

A link to an electronic medical history form will be emailed to you after you book your appointment. This form must be filled out prior to your appointment, preferably at least one week before your initial appointment. If the medical history form is not completed before your appointment, especially if you happen to have any contraindications with permanent makeup, your appointment may be rescheduled. In this case, you will be subject to a $100 late rescheduling fee, which will not be applied to the total balance of your appointment.

6-12 week TOUCH UP Appointment

You have the option to book a 6-12 week touch up following an initial appointment at Daymaker Artistry. It is not ideal to add more pigment than necessary to the skin, so if your brows heal beautifully after your initial appointment, a touch up is not necessary. However, if you find yourself wanting a bolder/darker result, or if any areas heal too soft or patchy, then you should schedule a touch up appointment.

Due to the 6-12 week touch up not being required, it does incur an additional charge ($150) if you choose to book this appointment. If you do not follow up and book an appointment within 12 weeks from your initial appointment, your next appointment will be considered a Color Boost ($425).

MAINTENANCE

Existing clients of Daymaker Artistry may return for a Color Boost once your brows are at least 50% faded. The more your brows have faded, the better your results will be.

Most clients do not return for Color Boosts sooner than two years after their last appointment. Some clients have been able to wait three - four years or more.
(This is especially the case for clients who did have a 6-12 week touch up.)

The amount of time before a Color Boost will vary for every client and will be affected by factors such as: age, metabolism, sun exposure, lifestyle, skin type, and genetics.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please reschedule or cancel online (through Square) at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Rescheduled appointments and cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will forfeit your non-refundable retainer, and you cannot use it to book another appointment; your card will also be charged a $100 late cancellation fee.

You may reschedule your appointment one time with at least 48 hours notice. If you need to reschedule your appointment more than once, you will be required to pay a new $100 non-refundable retainer.

If you do not show up for your appointment and no prior notice is provided, your card will be charged 50% of the remaining appointment cost. You also will not be able to book future appointments.

Tardiness

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. It is not guaranteed that you will be seen if you are 10 or more minutes late for your appointment. Please understand that the appointments need their allocated time to get the best results possible; the process cannot be rushed. If your appointment needs to be rescheduled due to tardiness, you will forfeit your non-refundable retainer, and you will be charged a $100 late reschedule fee, which will not be applied to the total balance of your appointment.

REFUNDS

All services and deposits are non-refundable.

right to refuse service

Although rare, we reserve the right to refuse service for any reason including the following examples:

- Undisclosed medical/skin condition (including sunburn/suntan)

- Under the influence of drugs or alcohol

- Any behavior that might compromise our ability to work safely and comfortably toward the desired results, or might disrupt other clients

CONTRAINDICATIONS & LIMITATIONS

Doctor’s permission to perform treatments on clients with certain pre-existing conditions may be required. Daymaker Artistry services cannot be performed on women who are pregnant or on anyone under the age of 18.
